The Ainsley - Scarborough

The Ainsley is a small but compact, comfortable family owned guest house offering clean rooms within a homely, welcoming atmosphere. The Victorian residence overlooks the long stretching sands of Scarborough’s popular North Bay.

All of the rooms feature colour television, tea and coffee facilities and alarm clock, and our public areas feature Wi-Fi access so you never have to miss the comforts of home.

Hearty home-cooked breakfasts made with locally sourced products are served between 8 and 9am on the lower ground floor.

There are plenty of attractions to explore within Scarborough, a short stroll will lead you to our historic castle and then on to South Bay where an abundance of amusement arcades and various cafes will keep all ages entertained. Scarborough Sea Life and Marine Sanctuary is only 20 minutes walk, where you can expect to explore fascinating creatures surrounding the UK coastline and the Barrier Reef. You can even adopt some of the incredible endangered creatures!
