Elmtree is a lovingly restored grade II listed farmhouse, set in a rural retreat just 3 miles from Withernsea on the beautiful East Coast of Yorkshire.
Many rooms retain original features whilst incorporating all necessary contemporary comforts. Adjacent to the property lays an established quaint country orchard. On cooler days guests may enjoy reading in the conservatory or a dip in the hot tub! A large lounge/dining area with roaring open fire is perfect to unwind in on an evening.
Three bedrooms comprise of first floor double with en suite, twin bed with washbasin and a single with washbasin. Each provides an extremely peaceful night's sleep with only the distant hooting of owls to be heard.
We offer scrumptious breakfasts, made using locally sourced seasonal produce where possible, with fresh fruit from our own orchard.
Elmtree Farmhouse is supreme for relaxing on a short break but its excellent facilities make it a superb selection for guests requiring long-term accommodation.
