Hornblower Lodge Cottage is a lovely 4 star cottage situated just 7 minutes' drive from Whitby, but far enough away that you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the East Yorkshire Coast. The cottage lies in an acre of grounds belonging to Hornblower Lodge, home to the Evans family since 2007, and boasts uninterrupted sea views.
The cottage itself it sunny and cosy, and ideally equipped for two people with all the amenities necessary for a relaxing break. It is fully centrally heated, and discount rates are offered for extended stays in the winter months.
The Cleveland Way passes the cottage, where you can walk to Saltwick Bay Beach, or continue on into the centre of Whitby town. In the other direction lies Robin Hood's Bay, a lovely little fishing village, rich in history and charm.
