Laburnum House - Thirsk

Laburnum House is ideally situated, just a ten minute walk from Thirsk’s busy market place with its many boutique shops, pubs and restaurants, this comfortable guest house provides fantastic guest accommodation in the heart of Alf Wight’s ‘Herriot Country’.

Laburnum House consists of two double bedrooms with en suite facilities and a twin bedroom with a private bathroom. All three guest rooms have been decorated and furnished to a high standard and offer plenty of home comforts such as  tea and coffee making facilities, a colour television and hairdryer.

There is a host of visitor attractions nearby, including the World of James Herriot Museum, Thirsk Racecourse, several hand crafted furniture workshops and a fine art gallery. Thirsk itself is centrally located for the North York Moors and Yorkshire Dales National Parks, historic York and the Yorkshire Coast.
