Superbly renovated by its owners in 2007, Landrace Cottage was transformed from a derelict piggery into a beautiful, luxury two-bedroom detached cottage. The cottage is fitted out to an extremely high standard with hand-crafted items of furniture, leather sofas, underfloor heating and, for those cooler evenings, there's a wood-burning stove to relax by.

Situated in the picturesque village of Carlton Miniott in a lovely, peaceful location with views over open countryside, the cottage is just two miles from the charming, traditional market town of Thirsk. Just a short walk away you'll find the local village pub, which serves a range of excellent food.

Landrace Cottage is perfectly situated for exploring the beautiful Yorkshire Dales and Yorkshire Moors, which can both be reached by car within half and hour. The marvellous coastal resorts of Scarborough and Whitby are around an hour's drive away.
