Lovesome Hill Farm is a perfect place for peaceful, relaxing holiday - though there’s plenty to do nearby if you’re feeling energetic. With six superb en suite bedrooms (one of which is more like a mini-apartment, and perfect for self-catering or bed & breakfast).
The owners, Mary & John Pearson have years of experience in providing a warm Yorkshire welcome to visitors on their working farm, and strive to make your visit really stand out. Particular pluses are Mary’s award-winning Aga-cooked breakfasts, made from locally sourced products - some from their own farm - and the tourist information that John and Mary can provide.
Lovesome Hill is a few miles north of the county town of Northallerton, which has a great range of shops and a superb market. The surrounding countryside is rich farmland, but just a few miles on either side lie not just one but two National Parks - the Yorkshire Dales to the west and the North York Moors to the east.
