Mount Cottage is an early 18th Century centrally-situated cottage which provides superb, luxury accommodation, and with probably the best views in Whitby from most rooms and its fabulous balcony.

Mount Cottage is located very near to all amenities including the beach, harbour and shops. Over the last five years the cottage has been modernised and refurbished to a very high specification to provide accommodation with the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

The cottage has a ground floor en suite double bedroom with another double bedroom and one twin-bedded room. All bedrooms have TV/DVD. The living room is on the first floor and leads to an outside balcony with the most spectacular and fascinating views of Whitby. There is seating and a table for 6 people, on the balcony, so you can relax with a glass of wine (or coffee!!) over a meal and enjoy the visual delights of Whitby, including the boats coming in and out of the harbour, the Abbey, and the 199 Steps leading up to it.
