Set in the magnificent Yorkshire Dales National Park the New Inn is surrounded by dramatic peaks, rivers, waterfalls and caves. It is situated in the centre of the charming, unspoilt village of Clapham, near Settle.
The New Inn is a traditional Yorkshire Dales B&B, and all of our bedrooms are designed to feel comfortable and homely. Each room is spacious, has en-suite facilities and a colour television.
The hotel provides excellent facilities, with a Residents' Lounge situated on the first floor, a first class restaurant that uses local produce and two bars.
Local attractions include Ingleborough Cave, which is festooned with stalactites and stalagmites, and Gaping Ghyll: the most dramatic of North Yorkshire's pot holes, where a single jet of water hurtles more than 365ft to the floor. Both are the result of thousands of years of limestone erosion and are breathtaking sights.
