Bed and breakfast at Scar Close Farmhouse is superb. All the rooms are generous in size and furnishings. Three have a pair of easy chairs, and a fourth has a settee and an easy chair. All are en suite.
The farmhouse has a large and attractive garden which guests can use, and there are spectacular fells, wooded hills, and green fields only a few steps away. Scar Close Farmhouse is open all year round, and has drying facilities for clothes and shoes.
It really is the perfect spot for a holiday, whether cycling, walking, touring, photographing, painting - or just sitting still and enjoying this stunning landscape.
