The bungalow equipped and furnished to a high standard, providing accessible, ground level accommodation. There is an enclosed private garden, a secure garage and ample parking. For guests' convenience, heating, electricity, towels and linen are all included in the price of your stay.

The cottage is located within the grounds of the family-run Stanhow farm, in a peaceful and quiet area, which is bordered by hedgerows of historical importance that provide a haven for wild birds, pretty flowers and flourishing wildlife. Stanhow is situated centrally to all the local villages, nearby market towns, grand country houses and beautiful historic cities such as York and Ripon, and offers plenty of easy walking. An ideal location for visiting the Yorkshire Dales, Herriot Country, the North York Moors (the setting of TV's Heartbeat), and not far from Whitby and Captain Cook Country. There's an abundance of local hospitality and plenty of things to see and do.
