The Guest Suite at Thatched Cottage - Carlton Husthwaite

Thatched Cottage is set in the picturesque village of Carlton Husthwaite in North Yorkshire. Carlton Husthwaite is close to the historic city of York, as well as the popular market town of Thirsk, once home to the famous vet, James Herriot, and of course the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors National Park, where walkers can enjoy exploring the many paths which stretch across this beautiful expanse of countryside.

Thatched Cottage has a lovely guest suite situated in the garden of the cottage. It is separate to the main cottage, and is available to hire either as bed and breakfast accommodation or as a self catering cottage.

The accommodation is luxurious and contains everything you need to cater for yourselves, including a small kitchen. If you prefer not to do all the cooking we would recommend that you try our breakfasts, which include a full Yorkshire breakfast plus toast and homemade jam.
