The Three Tuns is a lovely, family owned and run inn which has an ever increasing reputation for providing high quality food and accommodation. The Three Tuns is situated on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park in the idyllic village of Osmotherley.
The guest bedrooms at The Three Tuns are all individually decorated and furnished to a high standard and are designed to be as comfortable and cosy as possible, with fluffy pillows and wonderful warming log fires you are sure to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.
We have a lovely residents' lounge which is just like home, where you will find a colour TV, a video player and also a stereo system, along with CDs and videos to keep you entertained.
Our restaurant serves excellent food made from natural, fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Whilst our menus offer imaginative food choices, whether you are after a delicious breakfast to start your day, just a mid morning snack, a light lunch, afternoon tea or a three course evening meal then we have an array of ideas for you to choose from. We have tried to ensure that our food is unpretentious, simple, and simply delicious!
The Three Tuns is the ideal place to stay for exploring local area with the delightful market towns of Northallerton with its selection of shops, restaurants and cafes close by, and Thirsk which is home to the famous World of James Herriot museum. If you fancy going further a field then there is the splendid Yorkshire coastline just waiting to be discovered and if you are missing the hustle and bustle of city life then the historic city of York is not too far away.
