Willance House features in the Guardian “Bed & Breakfast Directory 2008 - 1,000 of Britain’s finest B&Bs” and once you’ve stayed here, you’ll understand why we’re so highly thought of.
Sandra and Colin Willoughby are the owners and take great pride in offering a warm welcome, and delight in making your stay as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Their aim is to see you again - and again.
The house is over 400 years old, and, reputedly, the oldest house in Richmond. It’s a Grade 2 listed building, with many original features - the guest lounge has a Georgian fireplace and its original oak-beamed ceiling.
Richmond is on the very edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, and is the ideal base for exploring the region. It is steeped in history and is overlooked by its 11th century castle and which contains one of the finest examples of Norman buildings in this country.
