The Willows Guest House Bed and Breakfast - Whitby

The Willows Guest House is based in the popular coastal town of Whitby where you can unwind and escape the stresses of everyday life. The owners, Martin and Deborah, are renowned for their hospitality, and will provide a genuine warm Yorkshire welcome. This 4-star rated guest house is totally relaxing but is just minutes from Whitby town centre.

All rooms are individually decorated and some are themed, making it ideal for special occasions such as anniversaries and birthdays. We have various themes for you to choose, or you can set us a challenge by inventing your own! Special occasions can be given that little bit extra by arranging for wine, flowers or chocolates on arrival (a small extra charge applies).

The Willows offers twin, double, and even luxury super kingsize bedrooms. All rooms are en suite and have digital colour televisions with DVD players (we’ve got a wide range of old and new DVDs available to borrow for those cosy nights in) plus tea, coffee and hot chocolate making facilities. With a wealth of local knowledge, Deborah and Martin can advise on the best places to dining out in the area, and will be happy to book a restaurant for you.

Easy access to all rooms starts at the ramped entrance, via lift access to all floors, and thru easily navigable corridors. There ground floor also features an easy-access bedroom with a large bathroom.

Our spacious dining room, with its attractive fireplace and large bay window, serves excellent home cooked food. Start the day with a delicious hearty breakfast - we’ve a great breakfast range, including, local Whitby kippers served with poached eggs, or a traditional full English breakfast, plus toast, cereals, coffee and tea.

Once you’ve stoked up with fuel, you can set out to explore the nooks and crannies of historic Whitby - the ancient buildings and boutique shops, and the harbour. Or go offshore to get a different view aboard one of the regular boat trips. And then, after a busy morning’s sightseeing, refuel with afternoon tea, and enjoy one of our delicious homemade cakes accompanied with a cup of something from our selection of teas and coffee.

Off-street parking is subject to availability and may be subject to a small charge. Parking is also available for motorcycles.
