Wrea Head Country Cottages - Scalby

These 9 beautiful cottages have been converted from red-brick farm buildings, and have retained many original features such as pantile roofs and oak-beamed ceilings. The lovely interiors have been tastefully designed and combine the charm and character provided by the original features with many of modern life’s home comforts.

Each cottage has a well-equipped kitchen with a full size fridge, gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. Some have additional freezer space and most have dishwashers.

The bedrooms have been designed to be comfortable yet elegant, and are furnished to a very high standard.

We have a fantastic on-site leisure building which contains a heated swimming pool, a Swedish Spa and a Jacuzzi whirlpool spa, the use of all of which is included in the rental price of the cottages.

The cottages and their grounds boast stunning panoramic views of the sea, the surrounding open countryside and Scarborough Castle. The gardens are spacious and full of character, with pretty flower-filled rain butts and ivy-covered walls.
