Thief Hole Cottages are a group of former barns which have been converted to provide the highest quality self-catering accommodation. The stunning conversions, carried out to the most exacting of standards, retain the period character whilst providing the ultimate in luxury and comfort. The cottages vary in size, and can sleep from 2 to 9 visitors - a total of 20 guests can be accommodated altogether.
Thornton-le-Moor is a small, peaceful village off the main roads. It’s in the rich farming country of the Vale of Mowbray, and in easy reach (5 miles) of the market towns of Northallerton to the north and Thirsk to the south via the nearby A168.
Whether it’s for a romantic party for two or for the whole family (and friends), Thief Hole is ideal. There’s a children’s play area outside, and a collection of toys inside. Younger children are especially welcome - there are cots and highchairs, baby and child welcome packs.
